Domtar is seeking a Finishing and Shipping Supervisor for its Thunder Bay Sawmill, Ontario. Oversee log yard operations and ensure compliance with safety measures in this full time role. As a Finishing and Shipping Supervisor, you will play a key role in coordinating log deliveries and managing kiln operations.

This position focuses on optimizing processes and enhancing safety standards while supervising a dedicated team. Collaborate with various departments to maintain excellence in log handling and shipping outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise log yard and shipping operations
Manage inventories and implement quality controls
Train employees on safety protocols and procedures
Communicate with maintenance supervisors for efficiency
Manage documentation for reports and administrative tasks Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Forestry or similar field
3 to 5 years experience in a supervisory capacity
Robust communication and analytical skills
