Deliver exceptional service to client inquiries
Oversee the onboarding process for recent clients
Review and process cheque and electronic deposits
Handle transfer requests for RRSP and TFSA accounts
Escalate complex issues to the management team Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of financial services operations experience
Excellent problem-solving and judgement skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable operating in a rapid-paced workplace
