Creates and implements a recruitment strategy
Posts job offers online
Sources and contacts candidates on LinkedIn
Analyzes and sorts CVs
Carries out phone interviews
Participates in other HR projects (talent and performance management, workplace climate, onboarding, compensation and advantages strategy)
Participates in the dissemination of fluid communications in the company
Ensures compliance with the employer brand image
$200 health and wellness allowance per year
Option to finish work on Fridays at noon all year long
