NorWest Community Health Centres in Thunder Bay is seeking 1 full time Foot Care Nurse (RN or RPN) to join the HART Hub team. The role focuses on providing foot care, supporting primary care delivery, disease prevention, health promotion, client education, and empowerment for clients experiencing housing insecurity and complex needs.

You will work versatile schedule, including evenings and weekends as required, using EMR systems, and collaborating within an interprofessional team.
