This role focuses on processing accounts payable, month-end close, and assisting with financial audits. We are looking for a candidate with a DEC degree in Accounting or Finance and over 5 years of experience.

Your tasks will involve utilizing Microsoft Excel for journal entries and reconciliations, managing expense reimbursements, and maintaining vendor records. Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively are essential. Key Responsibilities:
Handle full cycle accounts payable and manage expense reports
Perform payment runs and month-end reconciliations
Support annual financial audits and tax filings
Ensure adherence to accounts payable and payroll policies
Assist with special projects and ad hoc financial analyses Requirements:
DEC degree in Accounting or Finance required
5+ years of experience with accounts payable
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
