Drive environmental strategy as the Environmental Strategy Manager for NexGold’s Goldboro Gold Project. Ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and enhance community engagement initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will synchronize project-based environmental programs with NexGold's corporate vision while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Your extensive background will be essential in cultivating environmental risk management and supporting local Mi'kmaq involvement throughout project phases. You will also lead initiatives that enhance the setting team's performance. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement environmental management plans
Monitor surface and groundwater to ensure best practices
Lead training initiatives for staff and contractors




Create and manage environmental risk mitigation strategies
Facilitate community consultation and data management Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in an environmental field
10 years’ experience in environmental management and compliance
Solid knowledge of Nova Scotia environmental regulations
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
