American operations by managing HR processes and perks administration. Innocap's Talent & Culture team is looking for a proactive individual to enhance the employee experience. You will oversee key HR programs, assist employees and managers, and ensure effective management of the employee lifecycle. Your contributions will help maintain the high standards of service expected from our HR functions across Canada and the U.S. Key Responsibilities:
Manage employment changes, leaves, and onboarding
Assist with employee queries regarding benefits and policies
Facilitate return-to-work and accommodation programs
Keep accurate HR documentation and employee records
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in related field; CRHA is a plus
Over 5 years of experience in HR or People Operations
Familiarity with benefits and HR policies
Solid French and English communication skills
