Manage daily customer order processing and accuracy
Follow up and confirm payments for prepaid orders
Address customer inquiries professionally and promptly
Implement strategies to reduce outstanding receivables
Resolve discrepancies in payments and invoices swiftly Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounts receivable
Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
