The Host(ess) is the first point of contact for guests, whether in person or over the phone. They provide a warm welcome, manage reservations, and support the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage dining room reservations;
Ensure menus are clean, organized, and in excellent condition;
Greet guests upon arrival, assign tables according to the established floor plan, escort them to their tables, and adjust place settings as needed;
Assist the dining room team whenever necessary during service;
Thank guests upon departure, inquire about their satisfaction, and encourage them to return;
Ensure the cleanliness of the host stand, restrooms, and dining room;
Answer telephone calls according to established procedures;
Perform any other related duties required to ensure the smooth operation of dining room service.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar position;
Solid customer service skills;
Ability to work independently;
Resourceful and proactive;
Solid organizational skills;
Excellent communication skills in both English and French, spoken and written.
