Conduct wet lab experiments and maintain stem cell cultures
Set up stereotaxic surgery for glioma stem cell injections
Identify optimal injection locations for research mice
Analyze tumor establishment through tissue sampling
Collaborate on projects involving glioblastoma models Requirements:
Bachelor’s in relevant biological field mandatory
Minimum 3 years lab experience, 2 years with mice
Skilled at complex protocol optimization and troubleshooting
Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities
