You will lead safety assessments, manage equipment and manpower logistics, and act as the key client liaison. Strong candidates will have hands-on experience in high-pressure environments and a commitment to safety excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Direct two or more vacuum and water cleaning crews
Conduct site safety meetings and hazard assessments
Organize manpower and resources effectively
Monitor compliance with safety procedures and PPE
Document work progress and incidents meticulously Requirements:
5+ years in industrial cleaning and team supervision
Experience with high-pressure pump operation
Valid safety certifications in First Aid and H2S
Solid troubleshooting skills for field equipment
