In this role, you will care for general medicine and geriatric patients, plan coordinated care with a dedicated team, and document patient interactions using advanced technology. Participation in hospital initiatives and mentoring nursing students are key aspects of this position. Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical care for geriatric and medical inpatients
Coordinate with multidisciplinary care teams
Use computerized systems for patient documentation
Lead and participate in hospital committees
Mentor new hires and nursing students Requirements:
Valid RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Current BCLS certification required
2 years of medical/surgical experience preferred
Demonstrated organizational and assessment skills
