Elevate nutrition care as a Registered Dietitian with Extendicare in Ontario. You will create and implement specialized meal plans for pediatric and adult patient populations. This full time role involves working within residential and institutional settings, helping clients address their unique health concerns through tailored nutrition strategies.

You'll focus on both prevention and treatment of inadequate nutrition while documenting all progress in accordance with skilled standards. Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and determine the dietary needs of clients
Develop and implement normal and therapeutic diet menus
Maintain accurate client records and follow regulatory guidelines
Engage with healthcare providers for coordinated care
Educate patients and families on healthy eating practices Requirements:
Must be registered with the College of Dieticians in Ontario
Experience in pediatric nutrition is beneficial
Knowledge of Regulated Health Professionals Act
Current First Aid and CPR certification necessary
