Cuenion is a music and audio post-production house based in Toronto, ON, bringing the artistry of contemporary classical music into film, television, advertising, and digital media. Role Description The Foley Artist performs the physical sound of a film to picture: footsteps, cloth, props, and the small human details that make a scene feel real. Cuenion books Foley stages across Toronto for select projects, so this role suits an artist comfortable working in different rooms and bringing a robust prop sensibility to every session.

Performance
Perform footsteps, cloth passes, and prop work in sync with picture
Match performance to character, surface,



and scene tone
Collaborate with the Foley Mixer to capture clean, usable takes efficiently

Preparation
Review cue sheets and picture ahead of sessions to plan props and surfaces
Source and maintain props suited to each project's needs
Work within booked stage time to keep sessions on schedule and on budget

Collaboration
Take direction from the Supervising Sound Editor and Foley Editor
Coordinate session schedules with the Post-Production Coordinator

Qualifications
Proven Foley performance experience on film, television, games, or advertising (please include credits or a reel)
Robust sense of timing, rhythm, and physical performance to picture
Resourcefulness with props, surfaces, and creative sound-making
Comfort working across different Foley stages
Your own prop kit is an asset
Based in Ontario (Ontario residency matters for our clients' provincial tax credit eligibility)
