Your four years of experience will bring valuable insight as you manage on-call responsibilities and interface with families and community partners. Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day and after-hours operations for the program
Execute 24h on-call duties and documentation
Guide and support frontline staff through monitoring




Involve in case management processes where applicable
Report workplace safety issues effectively Requirements:
Diploma in Social Sciences or related area; degree preferred
At least four years in child and family direct service
Proven leadership and milieu therapy understanding
Excellent problem-solving and writing capabilities
