The Administrative

Assistant will provide essential support to the Director and contribute to the various administrative functions within the Property Services Branch.

Your responsibilities include managing financial reporting, maintaining confidentiality, and organizing meetings. Attention to detail and robust organizational abilities will greatly enhance departmental success. Key Responsibilities:
Provide clerical assistance to the Director and staff
Manage and secure sensitive property documents
Coordinate financial reporting for the department




Organize and facilitate meetings including documentation
Maintain filing systems and office supplies efficiently Requirements:
Completion of a relevant Community College Diploma
Minimum three years of progressive administrative experience
Demonstrated expertise in meeting organization and documentation
Proficient in managing confidential information
Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders Support York Region’s vision through effective administrative management as an Administrative Assistant.
