We are hiring General Labourers to join our industrial flooring team!

If you have construction experience and are interested in expanding your skills in industrial flooring — including concrete polishing, sealing, epoxy coatings, and more — we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist with concrete polishing, epoxy coatings, concrete sealing, stoning and surface preparation
Perform patching and levelling using materials such as Ardex
Operate tools and equipment including hand grinders, grinders, jackhammers, vacuums, and hand tools
Mix materials, clean tools and equipment, and help keep job sites clean and organized
Vacuum work areas, dispose of waste and debris, and carry heavy dust bags
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Follow health and safety protocols on all job sites
Travel to projects across Toronto, Mississauga, and surrounding areas

Requirements:
Previous experience in construction or general labour (required) 1 year at least
Experience with epoxy, concrete polishing, or sealing is an asset




Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
Physically demanding work – must be able to lift, kneel, bend, and perform repetitive tasks. Hard work.
Solid work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn new skills
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team workplace
Basic English communication skills are required — must be able to understand and follow instructions

Additional Recommendations:
CSA-approved safety boots and basic PPE are recommended for safety and comfort
Reliability, energy, and a respectful attitude are key
