Porter Airlines Inc. seeks a Supervisor for Dash 8 in-flight regulatory training. You will supervise development, delivery, and evaluation of cabin crew regulatory training aligned with Transport Canada regulations and company objectives.
You will lead curriculum design, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in training delivery and safety performance, while coordinating with the Senior Manager to set priorities and strategies. Occasional travel may be required.
