Lead the performance of automotive programs as a Field-Based Program Performance Manager for Variablegrid. This role operates primarily in Southern Ontario and involves some travel to Western Canada. As a key player reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this position centers around enhancing the performance and adoption of EV charging programs among automotive dealerships.

Manage dealer program performance and engagement
Develop relationships with dealer principals and teams




Identify underperforming dealerships and strategize improvements
Conduct in-depth dealership analyses and visits
Facilitate training and resources for dealers Requirements:
At least 3 years of automotive industry experience
Experience with dealership management and operations
Excellent analytical and relationship-building skills
Solid organizational and time management abilities
