Crown Lift Trucks is on the lookout for a Lead Field Service Technician! This role is key in delivering exceptional maintenance services and training Field Service Technicians across customer sites. In this position, your main responsibilities will include traveling to various locations to troubleshoot, service, and repair lift trucks while ensuring adherence to company standards.

You will also support the Field Service Manager in training initiatives and identify areas for improvement among technicians. Your leadership will significantly impact operational efficiency and service quality. Key Responsibilities:
Travel to customer locations for in office repairs
Facilitate training and coaching for technicians
Evaluate service quality and oversee maintenance operations
Maintain accurate inventory of service van parts
Conduct necessary safety and operational tasks Requirements:
Must possess a high-school diploma
A valid driver’s license is required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Working knowledge of Excel and Word
