Lead estimation for medium and large projects
Analyze contract specifications for project validation
Perform full quantity take-offs for labor and materials
Coordinate bid submissions and present estimates
Mentor and support other estimators in the team Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant trade experience
Over 8 years of estimating experience preferred
Proven leadership in high-value project pursuits
In-depth knowledge of construction methods
