Ensure Responsible Care Safety Program compliance
Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma
Monitor performance metrics like OEE and yield
Conduct investigations on process deviations
Assist in defining operational guidelines for production Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering preferred
Over 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience
Solid organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of chemical production processes
