This hybrid Senior Consultant role, based in our Toronto office, is designed for an individual with proven experience in the health care sector who is ready to provide comprehensive service to a breadth of clients. Responsibilities Include Designing and executing client strategy sessions,



partnering with health sector leaders to solve challenging problems Owning project delivery across multiple concurrent strategy engagements, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines Leading the development of deliverables such as slide decks, briefing notes, and other communication materials, ensuring high quality outputs and strategic alignment to client goals Maintaining a day-to-day relationship with health sector leaders as part of ongoing advisory and client management responsibilities Tracking and researching emerging health system trends and analyzing their implications to client organizations Designing and executing stakeholder engagement plans, and participating in interviews, focus groups, surveys, facilitation sessions and other engagement tactics Leading proposal drafting, pitch presentations, and response approaches for current business Identifying opportunities to expand client files and build long-term
