You’ll leverage your estimating knowledge to execute precise appraisals and work effectively with team members to meet KPIs. This role demands effective communication and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently
• Diagnose collision and refinishing damages accurately
• Assign jobs to body technicians as needed
• Manage parts ordering and sublet repairs
• Maintain high quality documentation in MIS
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years collision estimating experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of estimating software
• I-Car certification preferred or in progress
• Strong customer service orientation
