This role focuses on enhancing the Community Support Worker Program in British Columbia, ensuring compliance with educational standards and delivering exceptional curriculum.

You will lead a team of instructors and support staff, promoting continuous improvement and excellence in teaching practices. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery and management of the CSW program
Ensure curriculum reflects current industry standards
Teach and support effective pedagogy in the program
Supervise recruitment and performance of instructors
Manage student practicum prospects and placements Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred
At least 5 years in the Community Support/Social Work sector
