Your role focuses on enhancing member interactions, managing staff schedules in Dayforce, and processing current member onboarding. Your commitment to exceptional service will foster positive relationships among the diverse membership base. Key Responsibilities:
Aid daily operations and staff management at the Welcome Desk
Build rapport and guide members to YMCA programs and services
Handle member inquiries and service challenges promptly
Assist with onboarding and training of Welcome Desk staff
Ensure high standards of facility cleanliness and safety Requirements:
2 years of relevant experience in customer service
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Proven organizational skills for managing tasks
Proficiency in Dayforce or similar systems
