Become a Communications Operator at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario and help shape the future through effective emergency communications and procedural support. This six-month position involves handling emergency calls, monitoring security systems, and providing exceptional service to clients and guests, all while adhering to strict confidentiality standards. Manage emergency and security-related communications effectively
Dispatch officers and monitor routine events




Oversee CCTV surveillance and report suspicious occurrences
Assist with access control within legislative areas
Ensure outstanding customer service during operational interactions Requirements:
Completion of high school and relevant experience
Familiarity with emergency response protocols and systems
Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
Experience with radio systems and computer software Leverage your skills in communication to support Ontario’s legislative operations and impact the community.
