Temporary Data Entry Clerk open now, starting ASAP!Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Data Entry Clerk in the engineering space in . Our client is looking for some temporary help during an implementation. Great role for a student looking for part time hours, or someone looking to gain some solid experience with a outstanding engineering firm.

Responsibilities
Reviewing and verifying data by referencing ticket numbers and records within the systems.
Performing weekly time reconciliations between platforms to ensure accuracy.
Providing ongoing administrative and project support to the Project Administrators.
Assist with data integrity, issue tracking, and other administrative tasks to support the successful implementation and operation of the recent systems.





Requirements
1+ year of high-volume data entry experience
Intermediate to advanced user of MS Excel – able to extract, validate, and import data using Excel spreadsheets
Adaptable availability
Available to start ASAP

What's in it for you

$22.00 - $24.00 hourly

Location: SW Calgary

Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day, but some days may be 8 hours depending workload

2 to 4 week contract depending on workload
