This newly created role focuses on engaging stakeholders and developing communication materials for the GO Expansion project. In this energetic position, you'll be part of the ONxpress Civils team, addressing diverse communication needs from drafting materials to supporting community outreach events.

You will also coordinate project meetings and maintain vital communication records and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Draft various project communication materials and notices
Support stakeholder engagement at public meetings and events
Document meeting proceedings and distribute action items




Maintain archives of communication records and multimedia
Assist with the management of communication platforms Requirements:
Post-secondary degree in communications or equivalent experience
2–4 years in communications or related roles
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
