Your key duties will include:
Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, and compactors.
Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure secure operation.
Follow site plans, markings, and instructions to carry out tasks efficiently and accurately.
Collaborate with supervisors and site crew to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
Comply with all safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
Report any equipment malfunctions or site hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Support the growth and development of company culture.
Perform other duties as required.

Required qualifications:
Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment.
Valid operator certification and driver’s license.
Solid understanding of equipment capabilities and limitations.
Ability to read and interpret site plans and markings.
Commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration.
