Manage complex bodily injury claims and negotiate resolutions
Communicate with clients, lawyers, and witnesses effectively

Minimum of three years in claims or a related field
A post-secondary degree or diploma is required
Chartered Insurance Qualified (CIP) designation preferred
Must hold or obtain provincial adjuster license(s)
