The Branch Oversight

Manager is integral to the Business Governance & Controls team, reporting to the Director of Branch Oversight and Quality Assurance. This role involves close collaboration with the analysis and review teams to identify compliance risks and improve practices across registered locations. Your leadership skills will motivate a culture of high-performance and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Mentor the analyst team to foster collaboration
Establish and manage annual oversight review schedules




Lead risk-based testing to identify improvement areas
Manage scoping activities within compliance systems
Elevate and track remediation of compliance issues Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in financial services, specifically wealth management
Experience in an OSFI-regulated setting
Proficient in risk management and analytical problem-solving
Excellent communication for diverse stakeholder engagement
