Join the Arctiq Finance team as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, focusing on customer invoicing and collections processes. You’ll manage customer invoicing, cash application, account reconciliations, and collaborate on resolving billing issues with internal and external stakeholders, boosting operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Generate and send accurate invoices to customers
Track and manage accounts receivable aging reports
Address and resolve disputes related to billing
Process incoming payments and maintain cash application
Assist in month-end AR reconciliations and reporting Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in AR or similar roles
Robust knowledge of AR processes and systems
Experience with NetSuite or related accounting tools
Solid Excel skills and attention to detail
