Design and map out how People processes currently function
Automate processes using a broad range of tools
Take ownership of the entire employee lifecycle process
Reduce manual interaction while improving accuracy
Ensure outstanding documentation of systems and processes Requirements:
Experience in building or scaling People Ops or HR systems
Familiarity with HRIS migrations and implementations
Solid skills in workflow automation and design
A system-oriented mindset with practical solutions
