As a Bar Back, you’ll be the engine of our operations, ensuring that bartenders have everything they need at their fingertips. Your work will include managing stock levels, cleaning up, and assisting in creating a vibrant atmosphere for guests. This role requires a detail-oriented attitude and the ability to jump into action whenever needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently restock ice, alcohol, and garnishes
• Change out kegs and prepare backbar inventory
• Maintain cleanliness by clearing cups and trash
• Manage quick washing and sanitization of glassware
• Communicate effectively with bartenders and other staff members
Requirements:
• Must hold Serving It Right certification
• Enjoyment of the country lifestyle and themes
• High physical stamina to manage heavy lifting
• Solid communication and team-first attitude
• Availability for late shifts and holidays
