Campbell Heights Dental is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Certified Dental Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working two days per week. This is a excellent opportunity for a CDA looking for flexible hours in a supportive, patient-focused practice.

Position Details:
Position: Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)
Schedule: 2 days per week (Mondays and Thursdays), hours may vary
Location: Campbell Heights Dental, 19255 28 Ave, Surrey, BC
Start Date: November 1
Compensation: $30–$35/hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist dentists chairside during a variety of dental procedures
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment per infection control protocols
Take and process dental x-rays
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
Assist with patient comfort and chairside communication
Take taking intra oral scans as needed
Maintain accurate patient charting and clinical documentation
Support front desk/admin staff with patient flow as needed
Order and manage dental supplies and inventory




Uphold strict patient confidentiality and privacy standards

Qualifications:
Certified Dental Assistant in positive standing with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP)
Minimum 2–3 years of experience working as a Certified Dental Assistant
Fluent in spoken and written English
Valid CPR/First Aid certification
Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with dental software (Open Dental) is helpful
A team player with a positive, patient-first attitude
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
