Responsibilities
Managing Staff
Counting product inventory accurately
Deliver friendly and productive customer service at all times.
Operate a Gateway POS or Micros POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling accurately.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in in all areas of the workplace ( front and back)
Enforce health, safety, and food-handling and sanitation guidelines consistently.
Prepare and serv food and beverages according to company standards.
Work both independently and as part of a team to meet service goals, Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Re-stocking and ensuring inventory is well-managed.
Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and register operations.

Qualifications
Previous Management experience required.
Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, weekends, days
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.




Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Basic math skills for cashiering duties and retail math applications.
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is essential.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Reliable, punctual, and motived with a strong work ethic.
