Duties
Perform grooming services including bathing, trimming, styling, brushing, and nail clipping tailored to each pet’s breed, size, and temperament
Assess each pet’s coat condition and skin health to recommend appropriate grooming treatments or products
Handle pets with care and patience, ensuring a secure and comfortable experience during grooming sessions
Maintain a clean and organized grooming station, including sanitizing tools and work areas after each use
Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences and provide expert advice on pet hygiene and care
Assist with heavy lifting when handling large or heavy pets safely and efficiently




Ensure all grooming procedures comply with safety standards and company policies

Requirements
Demonstrated experience in pet grooming or related animal care roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners
Ability to handle pets gently yet confidently, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the grooming process
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift heavy pets when necessary
Attention to detail to deliver high-quality grooming results consistently
A positive attitude combined with enthusiasm for working with animals in a lively workplace
