This client-facing position requires solid practical experience in managing IAM solutions. As part of the Cyber Managed Identity Services team, you'll support and enhance Identity Governance and administration, as well as manage Multi-Factor Authentication processes.

Your role will involve thorough investigation of IAM issues and communication with clients to ensure robust service delivery and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Support access request workflows and entitlement updates
Process privileged access requests and monitor service health
Resolve authentication failures and lockout issues
Manage IAM incidents following ITSM guidelines
Develop and maintain necessary documentation and evidence Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or similar
Over 3 years of IAM or cybersecurity experience
Expertise in at least two IAM areas (IGA, PAM)
Certifications in relevant areas are preferred
