Join ARAG as a Senior Financial Analyst, working in a agile hybrid setting located in Toronto. This role is pivotal in overseeing financial operations and ensuring robust financial reporting practices. You will report to the Controller and engage with stakeholders across departments to support the overall financial strategy.

Your proficiency in financial analysis will drive budgeting, forecasting, and modeling efforts that enhance ARAG’s decision-making and profitability. Key Responsibilities:
Own preparation of budgets and rolling forecasts
Conduct variance analysis with actionable insights
Build and validate financial models for strategic initiatives
Support capital allocation and long-term financial planning
Ensure compliance with IFRS and maintain financial governance Requirements:
Degree in finance or accounting discipline
At least 3 years in financial analysis or FP&A; roles
Expertise in Excel and financial modeling required
CPA, CFA, or similar designation is preferred
Working knowledge of SAP and BI tools advantageous Leverage your financial acumen to support ARAG’s strategic objectives and operations.
