You will drive ISO 9001 and AS9100 alignment, oversee audits, implement root cause analyses, and push data-driven improvements across SaaS platforms.

Collaborate with operations, product, engineering and support, mentor the QA team, and present KPI insights to senior leadership using Power BI.
