Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Framer to join our energetic construction team! As a vital member of our crew, you will be responsible for constructing the structural framework of buildings, ensuring precision and safety at every step. Your expertise in reading blueprints, handling various tools, and working with different materials will help bring architectural visions to life. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse projects, from residential to commercial developments, while honing your carpentry and construction skills in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
Interpret and follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately build frameworks.
Measure, cut, assemble, and install wall frames, floor joists, roof trusses, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools.
Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or cranes as needed for lifting and positioning heavy materials.
Work with concrete forming and finishing techniques to support foundation and structural elements.
Install siding, drywall, or other exterior/interior finishes as required for project completion.
Ensure all framing work complies with safety standards and building codes through diligent inspections.




Collaborate with other trades such as carpenters, welders, or concrete finishers to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications
Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a focus on framing (Residential/ Commercial)
Robust ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
Proficiency with hand tools (hammers, saws, chisels) and power tools (drills, saws).
Knowledge of concrete forming, drywall installation, siding work, and woodworking techniques.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy equipment when necessary.
Familiarity with welding practices and concrete finishing is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail combined with solid physical stamina for demanding work environments.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
