Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced workplace. As a finish carpenter, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that require physical strength and technical skills, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations. We specialize in finishing carpentry ( cabinet installation/doors and trim) during the winter and decks and fences during the summer.

Duties
Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Assist in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of structures or equipment.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work workplace.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.




Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Experience
Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings is a plus.
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Must be physically fit and able to perform strenuous tasks as needed.

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
