Overview

We are looking for dependable, hardworking General Laborers to join our team. This is a full time, hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and working as part of a team. Work will include roof vacuuming, site cleanup, moving equipment and materials, and other general labor duties.

Responsibilities include:
Assisting crews on commercial job sites
Roof vacuuming and debris removal
General site cleanup
Moving equipment, tools and materials
Climbing ladders and working on flat roofs
Following all workplace safety procedures
Helping wherever needed to keep jobs moving efficiently

What we're looking for:
Reliable and able to show up on time
Comfortable with physical work
Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
Comfortable working at heights
Able to work Monday to Friday with overtime when required
Valid driver's licence




Reliable transportation to job sites when required
Construction or general labour experience is an asset

Working at Heights certification is required

What We Offer:
Starting at $22/hour, based on experience
Weekly pay
Overtime after 44 hours
Pay increase after 3 months based on performance
