Rico Real Estate Inc. is a locally owned property management firm specialized in single and multifamily properties. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented tradesperson to become an integral part of our team. The successful candidate should be customer focused, thrive in a fast-paced workplace and be able to handle multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repair tasks which includes basic plumbing & electrical work as well as patching drywall, painting and flooring installation across rental portfolio.

The candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Minimum three years of experience as a handyman or maintenance technician.
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical,



and general building maintenance.
Robust organizational and time management abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends or holidays when needed.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle with 2M liability insurance.
Must own hand tools.
Must have a clean criminal record.

Pay: $27.00-$37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
