Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Cuisinier (Cook) to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring food safety standards are met, and delivering outstanding food service. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items with precision, following established recipes and presentation standards
Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen to meet food safety regulations
Assist in food plating and presentation to ensure appealing dishes are served promptly
Support the team during busy periods by managing multiple cooking stations effectively
Follow all food handling procedures to ensure hygiene and safety standards are upheld
Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth and productive food service
Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant kitchen roles within the food industry
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with meal preparation, serving, and kitchen operations preferred
Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Food industry certifications or culinary training is a plus but not mandatory
