Full-time:
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Weekends are off.
Part-time:
Part-time employees work within the same time frame.
Responsibilities:
1.Handle customer inquiries via email and phone.
2.Assist with orders, products, and after-sales support.
3.Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
4.Maintain accurate customer records.
Monitor and report stock levels; update customers on availability.
Identify upselling opportunities and support repeat business / current leads.
Requirements:
1.Fluent in English
2.Robust communication and organizational skills
3.Customer service experience preferred
Proficient in office software

Pay: $18.25-$24.00 per hour
