• Answering phones and directing questions appropriately

• Able to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism
• Supporting pharmacy team where needed.
• Communicating with patients, caregivers, and other providers
• Prescription technical services
• Opioid agonist medication services
• Working with kroll pharmacy software
• Administration of injections
• Compliance packaging
