Started in 2021, now running a fleet of branded vans with a 5.0-star Google rating we intend to keep. Technical Safety BC licensed, bonded, and insured.

The role
Journeyman Electrician, based out of Salmon Arm or Vernon, BC
The work is mostly residential and service — panel changes, renos, troubleshooting, service calls, and Generac standby generator installs, with some recent construction and a growing solar side mixed in
Regular-hour work weeks. We schedule properly, so you're not living on chronic overtime — predictable hours, home for dinner.

Pay & perks
$38–$42/hour, based on experience

Must-haves




Journeyman certification and a minimum of 5 years' experience
Valid driver's licence — this is a must; you'll be driving a company van
Clean, quality work, and you can talk to a homeowner without being babysat. Our Google reviews name-check the crew, not the office — the person in the van is the company's reputation.

Nice to have
Robust residential and service work experience is an asset
