Chef de Partie – Breakfast & Brunch

The Cozy Café + Bar is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team. We are a busy breakfast and brunch restaurant known for serving fresh, high-quality food in a fast-paced and professional workplace.

What You’ll Do
Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch menu items to the highest standards.
Manage your station efficiently during high-volume service.
Ensure every dish is prepared consistently and presented professionally.
Follow recipes, portion control, and quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
Rotate and store food using FIFO procedures.
Monitor inventory and communicate shortages to the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.
Assist with daily prep and closing duties.
Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Support and mentor junior kitchen staff when required.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of professional cooking experience.
Experience in breakfast and brunch service is a strong asset.




Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced kitchen.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, organized, and passionate about quality food.
Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Schedule
Full-time position.
Early morning and daytime shifts.
Weekend availability is mandatory.
Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
